In a half calf binding with cloth to the boards. Externally, generally smart. Some rubbing and marks to the boards in spine, including faint ringmarks to the front board. Minor bumping to the spine and extremities, with a little loss to the head of the spine. Bookseller's label to the front paste down. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper.
