This copy is signed by him to the front free endpaper, 'Ian Hay Beith.' Illustrated with a map to the pastedown, a frontispiece, and some plates throughout of photographs in monochrome. With the unclipped dust wrapper. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally lovely with minor shelf wear only and a minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Signed by the author to the front free endpaper. The dust wrapper is slightly soiled and chipped, with a closed tear to the tail of the spine; unclipped. Internally, the hinges are slightly loose but firm to the odd leaf, otherwise the binding is firm. The pages are clean with only a faint touch of age toning, as usual. Very Good Indeed . Ill.: None.
