In the original full panelled calf binding. Externally, generally smart, with some rubbing to the boards and spine. Minor bumping to the spine and extremities, with a small amount of loss to the head and tail of the spine. Joints are a little cracked. Three age-toned labels to the spine. Hinges are starting but firm. Label and prior owner's ink inscription to the front paste down, small ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Worming to the paste downs, endpapers, and to the first and last few pages of text, never effecting the text. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are a little age-toned and generally clean, with the occasional spot. Good . Ill.: None. Good .
