This volume includes the Ode that won the first prize at the Tercentenary of Shakespeare in 1864. Containing various charming poems and sonnets by this author as well as two essays 'Mat Moss' and 'The Prophet at Home.' In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally smart with some shelf wear and some loss to the head of the spine, minor chipping and some minor faint spotting to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound.
