In the publisher's original paper-covered boards. Externally, a trifle worn, with chipping to the spines resulting in some loss. Some general wear to the boards and extremities. Front board of volumes I and II are loose but present. Ownership inscription to the front endpaper of volume I. Internally, generally firmly bound. The binding of volume II has split at page 176.
