There was some debate over the philosophical outlook of Khayyam's work, which served as an inspiration for this scarce poetic satire by Le Gallienne. In it, drinking is used as a comedic solution to all philosophical dilemmas. In a paper vellum binding. Front in a worn condition with noticeable discolouration all over. The front board displays a partial ring mark remnant. Internally firmly bound, with bright and clean pages.
