Held in the original clamshell portfolio box Walter Crane is considered to be one of the the most prolific and influential artists of his generation. Remembered for his contributions to children's literature alongside the likes of Randolph Caldecott and Kate Greenaway. A core part of the Arts and Crafts movement, he worked across several media. A beautiful example of Walter Crane's talents as an artist. In the publisher's original box.
