He produced more than three hundred works in his lifetime, with his novel 'Robinson Crusoe' being his most widely known work, having a long-lasting legacy. This is a limited edition, with one thousand sets produced.Volume I contains eighteen maps; Volume II contains thirty maps, including one folding map. Collated, complete. In a quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards, with an unclipped dust wrapper to each volume. Externally very smart, minor shelf wear including bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Dust wrappers are sunned to the spine with minor shelf wear. Ownership bookplate to the front pastedown.
