This was all that was issued at the time of publication, with the second volume appearing in 1929. The two volumes are seldom found together. An unusually bright copy of this work, which remains in a very clean condition. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. Just some minor bumping to the extremities. Prior owner's inscription to the recto of front endpaper, 'With Best Regards, K M Chokshi, London June 28' with the address below '56 Cossingham Road NW11&apos. Internally, firmly bound.
