Written by a Samuel Clarke under the pseudonym 'Uncle John&apos. Illustrated by Samuel Williams, a British wood-engraver. He was known for his miniatures and landscapes. Undated, dated from Jisc from a copy held at the Victoria and Albert Museum Libraries. Collated, incomplete, bound without the hand-colour frontispiece map. Collated from Jisc from a copy held at the Victoria and Albert Museum Libraries. In a decorative morocco binding. Externally, smart. A little rubbing to the spine. Minor bumping to the extremities. Front hinge is strained. Bound without front endpaper. Bookseller label to the front pastedown. Internally, generally firmly bound.
