There are chapters on table setting, managing the kitchen, fruit garden, preserving, pickling and much more. A truly comprehensive guide. In a full calf binding. Rebacked, with the original spine laid down. Externally, generally smart with a few light marks and patches of rubbing to the joints. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are slightly age toned.
