In this work, the author criticises the people who were attempting to set the working classes against it. Written by William Carpenter, a theological and political writer. He was imprisoned in 1831 for evading the stamp duty on newspapers. This pamphlet was written whilst he was in the King's Bench prison. Disbound. First and last leaf are almost detached.
