Farrer was from the Hinderclay Rectory in Suffolk. He also published 'Church Heraldry of Norfolk', and 'The Monumental Brasses of Norfolk and Suffolk&apos. Illustrated with seventy-two plates. With a list of the subscribers to the front. Collated, complete. In a half cloth binding with paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart. Light discolouration to the boards and spine. Some spots to the spine. A little rubbing to the front board. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound.
