In a half calf binding with paper covered boards. Externally, generally smart with rubbing to the extremities and paper covered boards. Light rubbing to the spine. Evidence of repair to the spine label, which has a few small chips. Bookplate to the front pastedown of Worcester Library. Shelf inscription to the recto of front endpaper, 'D 49.'
