This would probably be an abbreviated form of the USSR s 1936 constitution known as the Stalin Constitution, which replaced the Lenin Constitution of 1924. Tight binding, hinges intact, only very light bit of external wear corners and ends, very clean inside and out incl no names no writing etc. Pebbled endpapers, 2-color printing red & black. Very Good.
