Binding sound and hinges intact. Covers rather minor rubbing corners & ends + areas of just a little light grubbiness. A little writing in ink to each pastedown & endpapers just a little grubbiness, but pages of text very clean. Illustrated throughout - only a bit of full color, mostly with b&w photoengravings. Previous owner's appx 8 1/2 x 11 inch colorfully illustrated letterhead folded in half & laid-in (Emil Thiem, Contractor & Builder, Gibbon, Minnesota). Very Good.
