Hardback, squarish quarto, appx 9 1/4 x 10 1/2 inches, 148 pages, quite Near Fine in About VG dj (dj in mylar). The only flaw at all to the book itself is a light kink at lower corner of half-title. DJ (price intact, quite attractive), very clean, no surface rubbing, minute signs of wear at corners and heel of spine, but 1/2-inch missing at head of spine (affects half of "H" in Hanna) + a nick with tiny chip out at lower edge of front panel. A black insert behind dj hides the chip missing at head of spine. Numerous photographs (including vintage, construction, interiors, exteriors, 12 pages of color, color-photo illustrated dj) + drawings, architectural views, correspondence, etc. Decorative brown endpapers (honeycomb design). Fine/Very Good.
