Very clean inside and out, no names, no writing. Binding sound with hinges intact. DJ has very light surface and corner wear, pulling and a couple of short splits at head of spine & a 3/4-inch closed tear at top edge of front panel. DJ has unprinted (white) back panel, full-bleed b&w photo on front panel. Very well illustrated throughout in b&w - numerous photos, floor plans, etc. Printed on glossy stock throughout and printed in West Germany. Fine/Very Good.
