Clean, not a lot of wear, but hinges split and binding a bit wiggly. Decorated end-papers with date in ink to upper corner of FFEP (September 28th, 1911). Total of 35 buildings shown in photogravure with a paragraph of history/description facing each one. Each photo titled beneath and accompanied by a small vignette line drawing in the lower margin (showing a different view), as well. Good.
