This is also the Lord Sandwich of gambling fame who often spent the night at the tables with meat stuffed in-between slices of bread unwilling to leave the tables. This book is a visual narrative of these islands, the people who lived in them. It traces their transition from paganism to a multi-racial religious society. Here is the colorful story of rouges, pirates, naves, the pious, the philanthropists, and the statement. Kings and Queens and how monarchy became democracy and part of them because a state. Loaded with B&W photos contain Appendix A-C, chapter notes, reference notes, 922 pages. This book is big and very heavy and not suitable for international shipping due to being over weight and size to get flat rate. Good/Good.
