This is the story of Jim Fisk well known financier of the late 1800's. People either loved or hated him more of the later. He gained his ill fame for his role in Black Friday in 1869, where he and his partner Jay Gould befriended the unsuspecting President Ulysses S. Grant in an attempt to use the President's good name in a scheme to corner the gold market in New York City. In 1872 Fisk was murdered by a disgruntled business associate. A good fast moving read on business tactics of the time Good/Good.
