The book is very good with clean text, tight binding and crisp art work. With it comes a small book of his San Francisco Drawings. This book is in poor condition overall, however all the drawings are clean and could be framed. The cover is damaged; the text and binding are good. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall Very Good/No Jacket.
