And "Books for Every Boy and Girl" printed all across the verso of the jacket. The rear inside flap has a list of Elsie Books printed by Martha Finley ending with "Elsie at Viamede." A very handsome copy in a colorful dustjacket. Bound in woven blue cloth stamped brightly in black on the front boards and the spine. A very good, clean copy with tight hinges, clean paper, and pictorial endpapers. In a striking colorful pictorial dustjacket with the original price of "50 cents" at the top of the inside front flap. With separation along the top spine fold and a collateral closed tear across the spine. Overall, an attractive copy of this juvenile mystery, part of the Arden Blake Mystery Series, of which only three books were published in toto by A.L. Burt.
