Title: More Than a Tavern : 150 Years of Botsford Inn

B & W ; 10 1/4 x 8 3/4"; xiii, 187 pages; Oblong shaped hard cover has green boards with gold lettering on the spine. Slight rubbing, scuffing to DJ; in a mylar cover. Pages are clean and tight. Laid in is printed, folded piece describing the historic inn. Illustrated with b/w photographs. 'he Botsford Inn is a two-story, seven-bay, flank-gable-roofed, clapboarded structure with a two-story porch across the front. A long, six-bay ell extends to the rear on one side. The original 1836 building consists of the encompasses the five bays on the left-hand side, between the chimneys. The rightmost two bays were likely added in about 1841, at the same time that the front porch was constructed. An elaborate Federal style doorway with sidelights opens on the first story, with a less elaborate doorway directly above. ' In 2007 the Inn became part of Botsford Hospital. Oversized/3.5#..
