In 1961 he got a degree in History at Sofia University. Between 1962 and 1965 Prof. Pantev worked in the History Museumin Vidin. Now he is a professor, doctor of history, president of the Bulgarian association of American research, member of Parliament. Scientist, researcher and publicist, who has had bright and original presence in Bulgarian intellectual life for about 40 years with his work, comprising 50 eminent scientific research papers and over 500 publications. One of Bulgaria's intellectual idols, who does not follow doubtful ideology postulates and does not obey dogmas.
