The second volume only of a two-volume annotated and illustrated catalogue released for a 1913 exhibition and sale of art from the estate of Hendrik Adolf Steengracht, lord of Duivenvoorde (1836-1912). The sale evidently consisted of 118 lots. The first volume (not present), a more substantial one, addressed the first 87 lots and contained selected illustrations for 17th-century Dutch and Flemish paintings. This volume contains the annotations for lots 88-118, 31 in all, of 19th century Dutch and French paintings, and 6 are also pictured here. VG with soiled covers, most sheets uncut a terrific copy .
