Nathaniel Parker Willis (1806-67) was the popular and prolific author of numerous travel and nonfiction titles along with several poetry collections and also plays; in his spare time (!) he edited other writers' works and magazines (including what morphed into today's "Town & Country") and penned an enormous array of periodical writings. A lovely copy in exceptional condition. .
