One of Wilson's greatest admirers was fellow Princeton alumni Adlai E. Stevenson II (1900-65), and this was his personal copy, likely sent to him as the then-current Democratic presidential candidate. From the library of his son, Adlai E. Stevenson III (1930-2021), U.S. senator from Illinois (1969-81). Loth (1899-1988) also authored the 1941 study "Woodrow Wilson: The Fifteenth Point. .
