A tight and decent 49th volume in the annual "Lakeside Classics" series of Americana reprints, keepsakes produced for customers and employees. Davis's text was first published in 1929. From the collection of Illinois senator Adlai E. Stevenson III (1930-2021) and before him of his father, Illinois governor and twice presidential candidate Adlai E. Stevenson II (1900-65). .
