Story of a small town Wyoming attorney (1915-97) who rose up to become Wyoming Supreme Court justice. This special copy bears an interesting autograph addition: Tipped to inner flyleaf is a Typed Note Signed from editor Gressley, 1p, 8½" X 11", Laramie, WY, 28 December 1992. Near fine. Original folds. On University of Wyoming letterhead, Gressley regrets that he "did not acknowledge the receipt of 'Intellectual Property Law Report.' Thanks very much sending it along.." Signs simply "Gene" in black ballpoint. Gressley (1932-2016) was a historian whose other books include "Bankers and Cattlemen" and "Bostonians and Bullion: The Journal of Robert Livermore 1892-1915. .
