Description: This dashing star, son of the silent film swashbuckler and ex- of Joan Crawford, appeared in many popular films of the 1930s and '40s ("The Prisoner of Zenda" and "Gunga Din" among them). Color IPS (book page), 8¼" X 11", n.p. n.y. Near fine. Glossy heavy stock book photograph (text on verso), a half-length still scene showing him in cape and sword as a dashing swashbuckler, possibly from his 1947 historical adventure "The Exile." In a light area across his shirt at center, he inscribes and signs in black fineline "To Terry Kocsett / from / Douglas Fairbanks Jr. .
