Interestingly, tipped to the inner flyleaf is an actual pristine library catalogue card for the first trade edition (Knopf) of this title, a heavy stock 5" X 3" card, single-hole-punched at bottom center as expected, signed boldly in full by Grau in black ballpoint at center. Publisher's "Notes from the Editors" booklet for this title laid in. Superb, unusual, interesting. .
