Tipped to front flyleaf is a 4¼" X 6½" sheet boldly, lengthily inscribed and signed by the author, a noted Florida artist (1886-1974): "To / The Yocums, / Trusting you will [?] / hold dear / The Conrads -- / and the Yesterdays / when you were all / Good Neighbors. / From CA Taylor / & Sister / Author of this little / Book / Myrtle Taylor Bradford / which put me in / Who's Who."
