Large presentation inscription and signature in blue ballpoint on front flyleaf: "To Bob Malott -- / one of 'my boys at / Harvard Business / School', of whom / I am proud. / Ray W. Miller / April-18-73." Miller (1895-1988) was a California business executive and consultant to the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations; he founded the Public Relations Society of America in 1946 and from 1949 to 1970 was visiting lecturer at Harvard Business School. Robert Malott (1926-2018) was a noted Chicago business leader, CEO of FMC Corporation, Republican politico and philanthropist.
