Supposedly composed in the early 20th century, this home pride hymn was officially adopted as the city song by the Rockford City Council in 1944. Seldom encountered in any printed form.Front wrapper depicts city views of the Rock River and reap wrapper depicts a 1903 image of the steamer "Illinois. .
