Top to bottom: EILEEN HERLIE (1918-2008 -- portrays Gertrude the Queen) signs large and bold in black ballpoint, dating it 4 April 1969 at upper right; FELIX AYLMER (1899-1979 -- portrays Polonius, Lord Chamberlain) signs in blue ink, dating it 15 June 1971 at upper right; and JEAN SIMMONS (1929-2010 -- portrays Ophelia) signs boldly in blue fineline, dating it 29 November 1990 at upper right. Laid in are all three original transmittal envelopes and the appropriate "Sandglass" issue. .
