Truly tight and bright reprint edition of these quite popular nature appreciation essays by this Methodist Episcopal bishop (1860-1925, first published in 1902 and reprinted many times. Despite wear and chips, the usually-absent jacket is bright and fairly attractive and the volume itself uncannily pristine.
