Perfect and bold signature in blue ink on a heavy stock 5" X 3" card, n.p. typed date of "3/38/79" (sic) at upper right. Fine. With original transmittal envelope. With copy of 1976 political cartoon lampooning the governor's need (because of Senator Hruska's resignation) to temporarily appoint Zorinsky to the office to which he'd just been elected! Interesting Judaica oddity. .
