Whitney, 1p, 8" X 6", Chicago, IL, 8 June 1922. Addressed to A.D. Sheridan. Near fine. On company letterhead, Whitney tells a client "we have added $2,000 fire insurance and $1,000 tornado insurance to your cabin at the Wausaukee Club.." Boldly signed. Whitney was a principal of Critchell, Miller, Whitney & Barbour Insurance, an important Chicago insurance agency -- the relation between them and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company is unclear, but an interesting addition nonetheless. .
