Caption below reads: "Then a flash of vivid lightning showed to all as plain as day the form of a man on the after rail. One moment he wavered there. Then another flash showed him falling into the sea." Fun and colorful front wrapper graphics. A far better than average dime novel (actually, "Price 5 Cents") or "penny dreadful," with text printed in two columns. .
