A quite tight and most handsome first edition of the first title in the 8-volume "Westy Martin" Boy Scout fiction series (1924-31). True first edition, with jacket verso blank and with ads at rear and on jacket rear panel/flap citing Fitzhugh's other three series up to but not beyond their 1924 releases ("Roy Blakely," "Tom Slade" and "Pee-Wee Harris") and no mention of "Westy Martin." Scarce, especially in a nice jacket -- which notes "Approved by the Boy Scouts of America. .
