Laade / Sincerely / Douglas Fairbanks Jr. / 6/18/69" in blue ballpoint. Laid in is this publisher's 12mo 22-page explanatory booklet and the ideal bookmarks: the two original Chamberlain (postally cancelled 19 February 1971) and Fairbanks transmittal envelopes.
