German children's book author Braun (1815-86) first published her "Jugendblätter für christliche Unterhaltung und Belehrung" annual children's magazine in 1854, which ceased upon her death -- until the series resumed (without the "christliche") "Unter Mitwirkung vieler Jugendfreunde" (with the participation of many young friends), simply listing Braun as founder. A lovely copy. .
