Consists of several news stories set in several columns, largely "A Great World Document" by Mason Tolman and several smaller, uncredited stories, each concerning Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation. Several small illustrations. From the collection of noted Lincoln and Civil War scholar Arnold F. Gates (1914-93). Unusual and seldom seen. .
