Roosevelt; later named director of Panama's National Conservatory of Music; a Panamanian music festival is named in his honor. Signed Program, 8" X 10", 4pp, Washington, DC, 1959 January 29. Near fine. Single horizontal fold. Program for Saint-Malo's performance at the Hall of the Americas on behalf of the Pan American Union. On the second page, above a printed biography of him and alongside his portrait, Saint-Malo signs large and bold in black ink, adding "Sinceramente." Third page consists of the evening's performance, which included music by Aaron Copland and Maurice Ravel. .
