Description: He was the versatile American leading man of the '50s remembered both the comedies ("Some Like It Hot," 1959) and dramas ("Sweet Smell of Success" 1957, "The Defiant Ones" 1958, "The Boston Strangler" 1968); his wife (1951-62) appeared in numerous films over several decades, but is best remembered for her Oscar-nominated performance in "Psycho" (1960). Pair of IPsS, 8" X 10", n.p. n.y. [circa 1960]. Very good. Faint tape stain at each corner. His is a stylish half-length glamour pose in suit and tie, elbows resting on knees and cigarette in right hand, boldly signed and inscribed in a light area at upper left: "To Donald -- / Good Luck Always -- / Tony Curtis" in black ink. Very faint smudge of several letters in "Donald." Hers is a smiling head-and-shoulders portrait at the height of her fame against a flowery wallpaper background, inscribed and signed in black ink boldly across her light blouse: "To Donald -- / My very best wishes / Janet Leigh. .
