On pale grey "Tour of / Walter Hampden / SEASON of 1921-22" letterhead, Hampden thanks as admirer, adding, "I feel quite satisfied with the progress we have made on our first appearances in St. Louis and shall return again and again.." A quite attractive letter. With original envelope, addressed in Hampden's hand. .
