Two joined 8-cent "United States in Space" and "A Decade of Achievement" stamps at upper right. Fine. Near lower left, in black fineline, Donnelly signs boldly, adding "Assoc Dir Ops / KSC - NASA." Small portion of original transmittal envelope also present. Uncommon. .
