Bold, attractive "Hugh Scott / USS / PA" on heavy stock 5" X 3" card, n.p. 1970 March 20. Fine. With original envelope. Accompanied by a superb and scarce 6½" X 8½" original glossy news agency photograph (International News Photo) dated 13 April 1947 depicting then-Congressman Scott and the twenty other junketing legislators who comprised the Interstate and Foreign Commerce Committee boarding a plane in Long Beach having "just completed its tour of duty here inspecting air facilities." Original tickertape mimeographed descriptive text, heavily age toned as usual, tipped to verso. A fine signature example and a choice, quite uncommon early photograph of Scott. .
