Fostell / With the regards of / John H Prugh of / Grace Church Pittsburgh / On the Eve of / Lincolns Birth-Day -- Feb. 1910." (Al Emmett Fostell was apparently a retailer of some sort involved in Lincolniana, for in 1904 he published "A Rare and Valuable Collection of relics of Historical Interest in connection with our Martyr President Abraham Lincoln from the Cradle to the Grave Loaned by Bro. Al Emmett Fostell to Bridgeport Lodge, B.P.O. Elks..) From the collection of noted Lincoln scholar Arnold F. Gates (1914-93). Unusual and attractive. .
